Ingredients
- ½ cup Forté Protein Marinara Sauce
- 3 thick slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil
- Italian seasoning
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Toast the bread
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place sourdough slices on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes until lightly crisp.
Step 2: Build the pizza toasts
Spread about 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of Forté Protein Marinara Sauce over each slice.
Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
